Sites and Premises

Buckinghamshire has wide range of commercial sites and premises, with the major towns of Aylesbury and High Wycombe each having significant business parks.

Wycombe's largest commercial area is the Cressex Business Park, which lies close to the M40 at Junction 4 http://www.cressex.uk.com/aboutcressex.asp , with other major developments at Globe Park in Marlow and in Loudwater, each of which have good access to the motorway network. Aylesbury has major commercial developments at Gatehouse and Rabans Lane. A new upgrade now means that Aylesbury is linked by dual carriageway in 20 minutes to the M25. A major new business park at Aston Clinton Road is presently in development. Much of the rest of Buckinghamshire, being rural in character, has achieved a balance between commercial development and maintenance of high quality landscape. There are well integrated business locations in many of Buckinghamshire's smaller towns, including Buckingham, Haddenham, Chesham, Princes Risborough and Denham.

A live, interactive database of vacant commercial sites and property is maintained by Buckinghamshire County Council and can be accessed here www.buckscc.gov.uk/bps_database/index.htm

The County Council also provides a list of commercial property agents www.buckscc.gov.uk/bps_database/Agent_List.asp who are active in Buckinghamshire. Buckinghamshire Economic Partnership works actively with both commercial agents and public sector support agencies to respond to any property-related enquiries.
